Mohawk Industries Manager interview questions

A senior corporate recruiter reached out to me via email after receiving my online application/inquiry. After a few email exchanges, we set up a quick call at the end of the week. I received an email 2 minutes prior to the call requesting for reschedule (1 hour push back). I responded promptly to confirm and agree to the last minute changes. Not only did I not receive a call at their requested rescheduled time, I never got a response period when I followed up with an email. I understand people have busy schedules and things happen but this is very unprofessional. I hope my disappointing experience was an exception and not the norm.
