Interview
Interview are done remotely. I have met 2 senior engineer in the first interview, and met the VP of Engineering on the second interview. Offer are handed after the second interview.
The first interview are rather technical where we are asked to do some simple programming problems in Java. Then, after that I was asked concepts about Java in general. After that, we talked a bit about my previous experience.
The second one with the VP, we discuss a lot about tech stacks and also a bit about working culture.
