Interview
The interview was conducted via phone first with human resources then followed by management. Most of the questions asked were behavioral based. Management wanted to see what I would do if I was out in the field by myself and how I will handle stressful situations. Management further provided feedback on the answers provided through the interview.

Management asked about how I will handle an emergency situation if a client's living environment caused concern for assistance and their well being.
Two interviews with hiring manager and other team members. I was asked basic behavioral questions. Make sure to ask questions and know about what the company and position. The interview was not very hard at all.

Panhel interview- 2 people, both supervisors. They were extremely friendly and had a packet of questions that they where following off to ask me. The questions were all scenario based.
