I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Molina Healthcare in May 2017
Interview
There was a short phone interview beforehand to make sure that I was interesting and somewhat qualified for the position. The in person interview seemed fairly laid back and at first just seemed like an overview of the job and a more in depth detail of the position. There were not really a whole lot of standard "strength and weakness" questions asked like typical interviews. They were interested in my past experience and asked for details on much of my resume though.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Molina Healthcare (Bothell, WA)
Interview
The hiring and interview process went smoothly. It depends on the individual. Approach the interviewer confidently, experience helps. The company needs more people that are willing to adapt change as there are quite a few tenured employees that seem antiquated in their processes.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
There were no really difficult questions. Go into the interview with confidence and appear presentable.
Know about the company. Know about the business. Know the locations. Know what they're all about. Know about the role you are applying for. The position requirements are an important part.
