Video interview, I was ready with hair/makeup and backdrop just so. Interviewers (2) didn't turn on their cameras. One hardly spoke at all. They seems unfamiliar with my resume and frankly disinterested overall, hard to get a rapport going. Not a great vibe overall, won't be seeking further opportunities there.
