Professional and confidential, the interviewers were much nicer than once you're there. The process was structured and quick, but if you're not liked there good luck. Overall a good interview process and the recruiters are great

Interview
First interview was with a recruiter who just verified my information and asked my pay expectations.
Second interview was with two people over Microsoft teams with cameras off. They asked questions and it was pleasant. After the interview they said they would get back to me with a decision within a week.
