Quick interview. They want to see your people/ customer service skills and multi tasking. You can expect being interviewed by more than one manager. Be proactive, and ask questions. Focus on your multi-tasking skills and your commitment to be on time, being reliable.
Interview was super easy. Good to know about medicaid and Marketplace. Management sucks, if you're interested in working for the company just keep in mind that this company changes process every year and Management seems to not know that they doing

Will interview with either the manager or a supervisor. They will ask if you have any health care experience and if you are good at using a computer. As long as you say yes to both and say that you are willing to help members and change life then they will hire you.
