Questions and Answers are asked from scripted two Interviewers -usually the Manager and Supervisor of the Dept interviewing . First a Nice Recruiter Interview . Than Scheduled for Face to Face with Supervisor and Manager for Claims Adjuster 2222R7 , started out late -interviewer seemed uninterested and unconcerned with me as a Candidate.
They asked tough question such as what Bill Type is used for claims that are re considerations or resubmitted=odd answer. Also, how what process is used for processing in patient hospital claim. Walk us through the steps. .

What is you knowledge of the company Molina Healthcare? How did you hear about us? ; what type of experience do you have. How would you rate your skills of i.e. QNXT or what ever computer skills. What type of Claims have you processed and how many years experience do you have? Last is Why do you think we should hire you as a Candidate? And do you have any Questions for us?
The interview process was an awesome experience. My interviewer was very informative and answered all of my questions, truthfully. 10 years ago they had a great training program for any new hires and that was really helpful for my career path.

Not too stressful. My current supervisor directly interviewed me. I was knowledgable about the healthcare industry and the company specifically. That impressed the interviewer. It was casual because it was an entry level job. A good attitude and smile really helped impress the interviewer.
