Interview
Long and complicated. You have to have background check, education verification, and employment verification. Then you have to have medical screenings, drug screens, and all kind of immunizations. You are not paid while this is happening.
It was long, and not clear communication. Interview is on SKYPE, you will have two interviews. One with the RD and one with the VP. I was able to see the RD on my interview but once I was interviewed by the VP I was not able to see her.

Simple and straightforward. Applied online, then was passed on to recruiters who did a quick phone screening and then scheduled in person interview with the Director. After the interview sessions was over confirmation on the result of the interview was given within a few days. Negotiation took another few days and then a background check was done before everything was final.

The first two interviews were done over the phone. Once I got through that process, I met with the regional manager and VP for an interview and testing. I was offered the job a week later.
