I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Mom365
Interview
GReat initial screening interview over the phone with the HR person. Had great rapport and a lively discussion, very encouraging. I was excited about the company and the job, so I did a lot of research and was really prepared for the 2nd interview, which was scheduled the following week with the hiring manager. This face-to-face interview was not very focused and I felt cut short and rushed. The interviewer was impressed by my initiative and assured me a decision was to be made and training would start shortly, and I would be contacted for a 3rd interview. So I called a week later after I found out the job description changed, and the new job was posted publicly. I was assured that I was still in the running, and the HR person would keep me posted. Another 2 weeks go by and I notice my online job application was marked "not selected".
