I applied online and about a week later got notified for a phone interview that involved speaking with two or three individuals there (I forget exactly). Basically I think they were sitting at a conference table, and I was on speaker. It was just a screening that lasted for about half an hour. They were very friendly, but I didn't end up getting it. They were kind enough to send me an email letting me know that I hadn't made it to the next orund (without my prompting) the following week.
