Overall my interview process was positive and enjoyed the team I met with. I did receive an offer and was taking a few days to review it. Before I accepted the offer I received an email asking to talk to the Recruiter who notified me they no longer could commit to the offer because someone higher up said the position was not approved to be funded. If you are going to make an offer to a candidate, a business should prepare ahead of time to get the necessary approvals; it is a bad business practice to make a commitment and go back on that commitment after.
