Luis Millo was my interviewer and i must say, i think anyone would be surprised that he's been with the company a little over 5yrs simply because of how professional he was you'd think it would be longer. All of the right questions were asked and i was really tested in the best way
I applied online. I interviewed at Momentum Solar (Orlando, FL) in May 2026
Interview
Very professional, detailed, and honest. I've avoided other companies because I didnt see team culture or ownership of properly hiring and developing talent to be top producers. The first interview with recruiter was professional and detailed, and the hiring manager had great energy and was just as professional as the recruiter.

I was called by Joanna Carpenter a day after I applied for the role on Indeed. She was fantastic in finding out more about me and what I was looking for. She spoke about Momentum and the role they were hiring for as well as laying out the company's culture and mission. I really enjoyed speaking with her and felt very comfortable moving forward in the process. She called me after I received the offer to congratulate me.
Jo then set me up with an in-person interview with our Sales Manager for the Warwick, RI office David DiChiara. We had an immediate rapport and he really conveyed his team culture and the great opportunity for me that was on the table. I spoke to my sales experience and what I would bring to the role.
