Supposedly HR may contact you first for some info. For me, I got contacted directly by the manager via email. We scheduled an hour-ish to speak. In the first round with the manager they will go over the role, what they want, and then you get a chance to talk about yourself. You will then be asked to talk about a project you're proud of and the rest of the interview is based on what your resume says and what you suggested. There's a good amount of time for questions. Come prepared with knowledge of yourself and resume and a ton of questions. In the second round (you will get notified in a few days or within 2 weeks, be sure to ask the time frame) you are to make a presentation for the project you're proud of and present to the team. You will get a good amount of detail on how to time yourself. Essentially it's 3 rounds of 30 minutes. The first 30 is your presentation + questions. The second round is one group questioning you on your presentation, resume, and what-if questions based on what you know. The third is the same as the second group. The two groups are there in your presentation then they split. It's very relaxed in all honesty and the team is really nice and friendly. It felt more like talking to colleagues or friends you've known at a conference. After that, they make a decision and you're notified in some timeframe. A good piece of advice: Watch youtube videos related to Momentus from Precious Payloads and there are two presentations (one from Negar and one from their former CEO), they give great information and it will drive some great questions to ask.
