LOL, I'm sure that burger was at the Stagecoach right next door (great place to eat) to the office and one of just a handful of places to eat in Franktown! I remember eating there with Bob and Kathy Nicolls, owners of Monarch. Bob shared with me how he was concerned that his culture might be getting lost with the rapid growth and effecting turnover. He wanted me to help put together an in house Employee Relations program to ensure that everyone, no matter where you are in the company, felt the energy that is in Franktown, CO.
