I was initially contacted by the technical recruiter, and our first interaction was pleasant and responsive. However, the process took a downturn once the case study was sent to me. The case was quite extensive, covering multiple domains such as venture capital pitch, finance, product strategy, and GTM strategy. I had one round with the hiring manager, but he only asked about my previous experience and did not discuss the case study at all. I was rejected without any discussion about the case solution (including 2 PPTs and 2 excel sheets) itself which in my opinion was really disrespectful.
