Face time interview with 1 technical round and an onite interview with 1 technical round , and a manager round to discuss salary and other packages. no actual hr round, interview was easy.
It's ok, except for some extra personal questions like "With whom do you live?", "Who was your president when you've been studying in college, what year did you finish your college? And all these questions came from a Chief Officer.

Question 1
Who was your president when you went to college?
With whom do you live?
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Mondee in Jun 2017
Interview
Applied via indeed. Good initial HR phone interview. Was clear about my salary expectations and the need for a relocation package in order to on board. Had phone interview with CFO and CCO which both seemed positive. Had a good understanding of the position and requirements and established a seemingly good rapport with both Executives.
Extended an in office interview and air travel to and from. Grand transportation costs were not offered.
Met with 3 C level executives over a 2.5 hour period. Got different answers to many questions I had posed from each of them. No process automation or standard policy in place. Expecting a thriving AR recovery team, while restricting involvement in risk assessment and credit management made little sense. Many answers to my questions were "Oh, you don't need to worry about (subject.)" Their questions posed were more focused on the companies I had worked for and their revenue/profit margins, rather than my actual experience and accomplishments.
They did seem impressed by some of the strategic ideas I presented, but were resistent to implementation and cost. Their product is great tech for their industry and can make a ton of money. They seem slow to evolve and adapt, yet make hasty decisions that cause obvious instability. In less than a decade, CEO and CFO turnover has happened multiple times. Admittedly, this scared me a bit when they openly discussed the chaos mid interview.
Got an offer. Declined. It was less that the posting, less than what I asked for and less than market value. Almost offensive. Relocation offered was comical for moving a family to the Bay.
As an aside, they all seemed like pleasant people. Peaceful office environment, great view of the Pacific from their windows. The water is all of 50 yards away.
