Interview
A recruiter e-mailed me asking to set up a time to schedule a phone interview. She missed our scheduled call and we had to reschedule it for the next day. She was then late to our rescheduled interview. She was somewhat short and rude with her responses, like she wanted to hurry up and get off the phone. I asked more questions about the company than she asked about me. She also claimed that the hours "suck". Overall, she turned me off from the company.

First, a linkedin message from a recruiter and then a 15-minute phone screening with a recruiter and then an in-person interview with hiring manager. They hire quickly and it is a simple process.

Interview
I had two different interviews for two recruiter positions a month apart. Got phone screened for both and was told the same regret answer which was they are “moving another direction with their hiring”. Just very disappointed that I was given that feedback a second time around instead of a reason as to why I wasn’t selected to move forward for a recruiter role with recruiter experience already.
Many phone calls with the internal recruiter who was very nice. Had a phone call with the VP and received from conflicting information. Both have stressed that it’s very hard work and always over 40 hours a week.
