Holy crap, please do not waste your time with this company. First of all, very unaccommodating with interview times. I mentioned how busy my workday was, and asked to come in at 8 (which according to them they start) or around 5:30, told me absolutely not. Okay, fair enough, but if you want to see someone you can carve out 30 minutes of the day? Moving on. My interviewer seemed like this was the last place they wanted to be - they could not look or sound more bored if they tried . Could not answer the simple question of work life balance - said it depends. Jeez. Mentioned the incredibly high turnover as well, and that all their friends had left since they started. The second interviewer didn’t even show up, (I had scheduled two hours of my day to be blown off) and my recruiter also was not even there. Another recruiter came in to see if I had any questions. No no no. Steer clear.
I was spoken to in such a rude manner by one of the sales managers. I have never been treated so curtly before in all my years of interviewing for different roles. I'm not sure if they try to use scare tactics or something over at Mondo, but I have no interest in working for a company with that kind of environment. It seems like they take advantage of young, unexperienced college graduates who are dying to be seen as professionals.

Phone screening with internal recruiter, in person interview with 2-3 sales managers (one in the local office, the others from corporate)
Unfortunately, the internal recruiter never responded to my feedback from the in person interview. I take it that I didn’t get the job, but a rejection is more professional than no answer, especially since we had been in communication for about a week.
