Pretty standard structure like other reviews suggest:
- Phone screen with Recruiter
- On-site interview with Recruiter, a more senior Recruiter, and Manager
- Phone interview with VP of Recruiting
I was initially suprised and impressed with how quickly they moved, but after the final phone interview with the VP I did not receive any follow-up whatsoever. I only received a response right after the last phone interview that they would get back to me no later than a week later. Days, weeks, months later I have not received a response to my emails or voicemails. Very disappointed in the lack of response from the Recruiter who claimed that "I shouldn't hesitate to reach out if I have any questions or concerns." Completely turned me away from the company, and I would not recommend this company to anyone else.

First, a linkedin message from a recruiter and then a 15-minute phone screening with a recruiter and then an in-person interview with hiring manager. They hire quickly and it is a simple process.

I had two different interviews for two recruiter positions a month apart. Got phone screened for both and was told the same regret answer which was they are “moving another direction with their hiring”. Just very disappointed that I was given that feedback a second time around instead of a reason as to why I wasn’t selected to move forward for a recruiter role with recruiter experience already.
Many phone calls with the internal recruiter who was very nice. Had a phone call with the VP and received from conflicting information. Both have stressed that it’s very hard work and always over 40 hours a week.
