I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Mondo (New York, NY) in Jan 2014
Interview
I was contacted very soon after I sent in my resume and was pleased with how fast the process was. I was rejected immediately a week after I gave my interview via a very warm email from the person who interviewed me.
The first phone call between me and the interviewer went well with them asking what career path I wanted to take. I was then asked to come in a few days and spoke to both the interviewer and the person who would be directly managing me.
I enjoyed the atmosphere and felt this was a place I wanted to work for. Despite them not choosing me- I'm sure their reasons were valid. I recommend you apply if you have an interest in sales for your future career goals.

"Where do you see yourself in the next 2-5 years?"
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Mondo (San Francisco, CA) in Jul 2016
Interview
Spoke to the Senior Technical Recruiter. He talked about himself the whole time, and just wanted to see if I could keep a conversation. I feel he could probably care less about my background.
Then I was left to "shadow" with two of the employees. This was like I was pawned off on someone because the main guy was too busy. It was interesting to see the operations but after awhile I couldn't wait to leave.

Interview
Applied through LinkedIn and was contacted shortly after. Typical phone screening with a friendly recruiter. I'm at school out of state from where I applied, so I set up to come in for their invitation only open house over spring break. This was just an information session with 5 other students looking to start careers. The recruiter was great, very friendly and gave great answers to our questions. He also brought in a current Inside Sales Account Manager who gave her story and answered questions as well. He told us to take a few days to take it all in and contact him if we were interested in the next step. I did that, and he said the next step is to set up a one on one interview with him. (The open house was not really evaluating us, just giving us information). Unfortunately, a few weeks after this, I recieved an email saying their new VP has decided to only take on individuals with 6-12 months of experience, so I was out of the running. That being said, company seemed great, entry level position seemed tough but plenty of growth, and I was just unfortunately brushed aside because of the change.

Interview
I went in to the interview with an open mind but that was soon closed when I walked in to Mondo. There were just rows upon rows of computers for all day cold calling. When they said you have to make over 100 cold calls a day that turned me away. They do have fun within the company with events and trips but thats only if you want to put in long hours behind a computer calling people non stop.
Everyone in the interview was very polite and considerate but it just felt like I walked in to a ghost town.
