Interview
This was the most bizarre and unprofessional interview I've ever had. Had a great conversation with a recruiter. Then came the interview. 1. It was scheduled for 30 minutes but lasted nearly an hour. There was no question asked about whether this was okay or I had the time to continue. 2. The first half hour was spent seemingly warning me about how hard this job was going to be. 3. In the follow-up conversation with my recruiter, it was clear that my interviewers lied to him about what I said. During my interview I asked if people frequently worked on the weekends or if that was an expectation. When they said no, I said I was relieved to hear that. They told him when I asked that questions it indicated that I wasn't willing to work hard. Pair that with a couple of other lies, and it's obvious to me that they're really just looking for people without a spine who they can churn and burn, while also having the worst interview skills on the planet. 4. One of my interviewers was clearly lounging on their couch with their laptop in their lap. Probably an indication of how promising they thought my interview would be honestly. Glad I didn't continue in the interview process at the end of the day - would have probably been a terrible fit.

Interview
First, a linkedin message from a recruiter and then a 15-minute phone screening with a recruiter and then an in-person interview with hiring manager. They hire quickly and it is a simple process.

Interview
I had two different interviews for two recruiter positions a month apart. Got phone screened for both and was told the same regret answer which was they are “moving another direction with their hiring”. Just very disappointed that I was given that feedback a second time around instead of a reason as to why I wasn’t selected to move forward for a recruiter role with recruiter experience already.
Many phone calls with the internal recruiter who was very nice. Had a phone call with the VP and received from conflicting information. Both have stressed that it’s very hard work and always over 40 hours a week.
