Interview process was very off-putting. Questions were minimal. They didn't seem interested from the start since I'm a man. Look into their staff posted on their site to get better demographics.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Mostly generic questions but they asked next to nothing. It seemed like they didn't want me from the start since I'm a man. As an HR company they strongly prefer women and discriminate against men.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Mondo (Tampa, FL) in Jul 2023
Interview
Easy interview but low salaries and weekend work required. I was offered a Tuesday-Saturday schedule. Was called after applying and told to schedule with one of their in house recruiters
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Mondo in Mar 2023
Interview
I had an initial phone screen for an opportunity, I read the reviews on Glassdoor but I tried to enter the conversation with an open mind. When I asked about base salary increase the hiring lead told me they would get back to me and never did. I am glad I decided to not move forward.
I was emailed from LinkedIn to set up an interview but during the call the interviewer was acting like she the role wasn’t a fit. It was awkward! She kept saying she wants me to be happy and understand if it’s not a great fit because this role works long hours
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
Very cliché questions - why do you wake up in the morning? What motivates you? Where will you be in five years?
