The interview process was very quick and was also comfortable. My recruiter, Courtney, did a wonderful job keeping me updated on my process, checking on me to see how I was doing during this time, and answered my questions in a quick and professional manner. I was still in college during the time, but was able to make the interviews work for my class schedule. Shadowing current account directors was a great way to get a peek into the every day duties. I also enjoyed how honest the interview process was. The responsibilities of the position were clear from the beginning and Mondo does not hide anything. I currently work here and am enjoying what I do. There is no doubt you will work very hard as an account director, but the rewards are great.
I was spoken to in such a rude manner by one of the sales managers. I have never been treated so curtly before in all my years of interviewing for different roles. I'm not sure if they try to use scare tactics or something over at Mondo, but I have no interest in working for a company with that kind of environment. It seems like they take advantage of young, unexperienced college graduates who are dying to be seen as professionals.

Unfortunately, the internal recruiter never responded to my feedback from the in person interview. I take it that I didn’t get the job, but a rejection is more professional than no answer, especially since we had been in communication for about a week.
