Went 15 minutes early, waited 20 minutes, got introduced, walked to the mall, sat down in the cafe and two ladies asked me questions about myself and the position, and then asked me to write a math test while leaving me in the mall. Weirdest interview ever.

It was okay and was a 2 step process. One with the store manager and the second with both store manager and district manager. As per the role, it was mostly behavioural questions and your previous experience

I got a call from a representative who didn’t seem confident in asking basic screening questions. They mentioned scheduling an interview for a specific date and time that we discussed, but they never followed up. Instead, I received a rejection after a couple of days.
Very smooth process. Hiring managers are great. First was a phone interview, did an online assessment then in personal interview. Also had some background checks before giving a job offer.
