I applied online with my resume and took a short evaluation that covered personality, problem solving, customer service, and some other skills. After a week I was contacted by HR for a brief phone interview and to schedule a meeting.
Then I met my manager and the District manager for my first real interview.
A week after that I was invited to the store for further interviewing.
Finally, after criminal record and credit check, I was made an employment offer.

I got a call from a representative who didn’t seem confident in asking basic screening questions. They mentioned scheduling an interview for a specific date and time that we discussed, but they never followed up. Instead, I received a rejection after a couple of days.
Very smooth process. Hiring managers are great. First was a phone interview, did an online assessment then in personal interview. Also had some background checks before giving a job offer.
