Applied online for CSR in money mart. The very same day received an email to schedule appointment for phone interview. And the appointment was set up. Successfully passed the phone interview which lasted for around 20 minutes. Now there is another appointment which will be face to face.

I got a call from a representative who didn’t seem confident in asking basic screening questions. They mentioned scheduling an interview for a specific date and time that we discussed, but they never followed up. Instead, I received a rejection after a couple of days.
Very smooth process. Hiring managers are great. First was a phone interview, did an online assessment then in personal interview. Also had some background checks before giving a job offer.
