- introduce yourself
- pick an item out of a box and your group has to come up with 5 reasons to sell it.
- build a bridge with your team mate using only paper and paper clips in 8 minutes. Has to be able to hold 2 cell phones
after this they will tell you that you will get a call a week later for a 3rd interview if you are short listed

It was okay and was a 2 step process. One with the store manager and the second with both store manager and district manager. As per the role, it was mostly behavioural questions and your previous experience

I got a call from a representative who didn’t seem confident in asking basic screening questions. They mentioned scheduling an interview for a specific date and time that we discussed, but they never followed up. Instead, I received a rejection after a couple of days.
Very smooth process. Hiring managers are great. First was a phone interview, did an online assessment then in personal interview. Also had some background checks before giving a job offer.
