I interviewed for a HR role within the last year and I went deep into the process. I really believed I was going to get the role, and then the company went dark. I did not hear from anyone regarding my status. That is not a good look for such a company like this. I would have preferred to have received feedback on to why I was not selected. Being a seasoned HR professional with more then 15 years PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE this was not acceptable. In all my years of working in HR, I have never seen a scenario where they do not reach back out after FOUR separate interviews to at least update me and give me the common courtesy that I was not selected.
