Interview
Long but not that structured. HR are efficient depending on who you get but Senior Management diary management is bad and rescheduled several times. Don't assume interviewers actually know that much about the business, most thinking is short term and they need a competent bum in a role yesterday, when they get round to it.

Interview
Position was to backfill a promotion. All directors were honest and provided good insight into job. Peer also explained day to day expectations. HR was not as through as expected, but onboarding is what it is. Level applied for it was expected to ramp up quickly, so no real onboarding.
