MongoDB Corporate Account Executive interview questions

The first interview was with the HR department, pretty basic focused on previous experience. Particular emphasis on closing experience and career goals. The second interview was with the Hiring Manager, again very casual and focused on closing experience and future career prospects. Questions around knowledge of MongoDB. Online thought assessment with pattern recognition and rationalization exercises. Third interview with VP of Sales, very similar to hiring manager. Final panel to conduct a New Business Meeting, focused on prioritizing a businesses pains, furthering discovery and next steps.

Very comprehensive interview process, included an online personality and language/math test, detailed 1:1 rounds with hiring managers from different territories and sales leaders. The final Challenge Round encompassed a detailed preparation of a New Business Meeting alongside hiring managers/solution architects which was eventually presented to Sales Leaders, with very detailed feedback on performance thereafter. I learned a lot from the process, very insightful even prior to joining the organisation.
