I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Monjin (Pune) in Jul 2017
Interview
385178BR.
ERS-/ERS-/2017/781580
Getting scheduled for an interview at Monjin was nothing more than a joke .
As a recruiter I was approached by a consulting firm for Monjin. As I was an active Job seeker I was ready to take all opportunities coming my way.
I was told that its a Weekend Drive when I arrived at the Venue there was no other candidate except for me.
I went through my first round of discussion completely technical, I was told that I was selected.
Later that week they again called me for 2nd level discussion saying this would be last only wasn't.
Again a Video conference interview with COO (which turned out to be F2f again)
After so many discussions they came back saying that the opportunity will be 3 Months Contract.
Seriously? In the validation call itself the recruiter pitched me about how opportunity is for a product based company and the employment type is permanent.
My very first concern is how the recruiter did not have a clarity on JD? And the second is why pitch candidates from CMM level 5 tier 1 organisations
when they cannot match the least expectations of ours?
Thirdly the company functions more like a consulting firm where they will only source candidates to get the video interviews done which later to be shared with multiple client (Not sure how the idea willwork out)
So if the candidates are getting calls from Monjin Interviews then these job opportunities are virtually created (they'll sell those interviews to multiple clients) Beware!
