Communication about timelines was inconsistent, was told I'd hear back by a specific date and waited two weeks with no update until I followed up. Final feedback was generic ('went with another profile') with no specific areas for improvement despite having invested significant time in a multi-stage process. The team itself was friendly and the technical challenge was well-designed but the candidate experience post-interview needs improvement.

Interview
I applied online and received a call from HR after a month. Following an initial phone interview, I had two consecutive interviews with directors, followed by another scheduled interview. The interviews went well, and they mentioned I'd hear back within a week. However, I didn't receive any response.
I emailed HR seeking feedback but did not get a reply. After investing so much time in the interviews, feedback from the hiring manager would have been appreciated, but they didn't bother responding.
As a result, I won't be applying to this company again
