Tuve 2 entrevistas, una con RRHH y la otra con las productoras, ambas fueron bastante buenas y la gente era simpática, pero finalmente decidieron irse por otro candidato, el feedback que dieron para dar razones no lo encontré muy completo, más bien fue genérico.

La vacante estaba muy bien descrita en su página de LinkedIn, razón por la cual no hubo ninguna sorpresa al dialogar sobre las actitudes y necesidades del puesto, el departamento de RH fue muy claro y muy amable desde el principio, la información sobre el sueldo, las prestaciones y todo lo relacionado a la información de la empresa fue totalmente transparente.
