Quick, over the phone. The recruiter was very friendly and answered all of my questions. The company seemed very siloed by department and location. I was surprised that the second interview step would be with someone outside my state before one with someone at the branch I would actually be at, given that the position was for reception.

They wanted me to commit to a longer time period (1-2 years) in the position, which was not what I was looking for, especially since they boast about a learning/teaching culture.
