Clear steps and pleasant interview process. Case study was engaging and challenging, took around 3 weeks, and HR took a bit to respond given it was summer which is a low season for the Spanish team. Had 4 interviews, all team members were nice to talk to and open to questions.
The hiring manager was new to this company, so it was confusing for me. After our first round, she told me that I'll speak to one of a team members, but then I got a rejection email.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Monks (Toronto, ON) in Sep 2020
Interview
The interview process is great. There was a prescreen and then 2 rounds of interviews with various people from across disciplines. A opposed to doing a take home case study, which I find to be stressful and time consuming, Jam3 gives you a mini case study on the spot where you simply answer questions about a potential client situation. All in all, a great process and really awesome getting to meet your future coworkers.
