Interview process was very slow. Spent 8+ hours on a presentation that was never discussed and I didn't have the opportunity to give any context. Rejected after the second round... Said they were going to get back to me by end of the week and didn't. When asking for feedback or general context, I was ghosted. It was a bit disappointing given how much time and effort I spent on the presentation and process.
