My experience with the hiring process left me both frustrated and disappointed. After four rounds of interviews, including a visit to their office, I had high hopes for the opportunity. However, the breakdown in communication in the final stages of the process soured my impression of the company. Following my last interview, I patiently waited for an update. Unfortunately, it seemed that clear communication was not a priority for them. It took two weeks and a follow-up email for the recruiter to acknowledge my existence, apologizing and saying that the hiring team would meet day after to discuss next steps. Regrettably, this never happened, as weeks turned into months without any communication. While my initial interactions with them were positive, the lack of communication in the later stages of the hiring process tarnished my overall experience. I hope this feedback serves as an opportunity for them to improve their hiring processes, putting an emphasis on clear and considerate communication to benefit candidates.
