Got called by a recruitment agency and we had 2 calls. That was fine.
Monster was looking for 29 people and requested a 2 minute video which is the modern day joke. This proves the HR are lazy and have no time for you. If you want to judge someone. Take the time to meet them, at least on video. I have more experience than they need for this role but I don't video well due to my stage fright anxiety so obviously "sorry but there were other candidates more suitable" . They only had 90 applications and stated the volume was high. Please.

I think they were rude, they did not want to take my ideas into conisderation even though i had a good point, im trying to max out the amount of words i need to use
