Interview
You will meet with management, just wow them with who you are. We met at a local cafe and I had the opportunity to get to know management. They basically give you the rundown of what the position entails, and tell you all about the company. You are asked several questions- mostly about your interests, why you want to work for them, what you do in your free time- you know the usual. Just really be outgoing that's the primary focus- show your personality and you'll be fine.
What are your previous sales experiences?
How do you stay organized?
What are your strengths?
What are your opportunities?
How do you multitask?
Have you interviewed with monster before?
How do you define success?

Interview
It was way better than Redbull tbh but still I felt I like they didn't want me from the start, even tho I had experience in the field
from missing up the date of the interview to the classic unrealistic scenario question
I didn't get asked the questions that were in the rejection letter XD
