Interview
Nice HR people. Dory in particular was nice. They ask the same scripted questions that most hospitality organizations ask. " Have you ever had a conflict with a co-worker?-- how did you resolve it?; Why do you want to do this job?: Tell me a problem you had with a customer and how you resolved it"... etc. After HR, you talk to a dept. head and a manager. They tell you what a wonderful place it is, sell you the cool-aid and viola, you're hired.
