I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Montage International
Interview
In total, it took a month and a half to interview. 2 people missed their scheduled phone interviews. When i called for them, i was told they already left for the day. It took two weeks to verify and set up travel. I offered to do it myself and could ave been there sooner. Flew in for an interview and stayed. All 4 of my interviews that day were 20mins to 50mins late to meet. The room they put me in had the power, phones and tv go out multiple times. Housekeeping discarded a few of my personal items that were not trash. The food was either incorrect, raw meat, or cold when it should have been hot. I honestly thought I was being messed with.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
All 4 interviewers stated the other 3 interviewers would go more in-depth and have details on the position. No one ever did, and felt like everyone was on a different page.

Interview
Long but useful process. A lot of questions from a full array of managers. Some of the questions were repetitive. I did not like to video interview. They can shorten the process quite a bit without losing their benefits. I am hopeful that I won't need to go through the process again in the future.
