There wasn't one. I was called, we spoke on the phone and when asked about my experience I was cut off and he went on and on about the company. Told the position was earmarked for someone else, and that there were other opportunities. Fast forward 3 calls later over the span of a month, being stood up for an in person meet, I was given an insulting offer 3 positions below what I applied for. Told how great it would be, to learn from others and work my way up. I was hung up on after telling them how insulting it was to meet qualifications for a manager position and not even offered a lower manaent position, but a cook position and told how I should be so lucky. An interview never happened.
