One of the preliminary interview steps is to record yourself, via an app, answering the questions. It was a nerve-wracking. I am not a vlogger or selfie taker, so it felt both meaningless and uncomfortable. You are given as much time as you want to practice, but the actual interview questions are different from the practice questions. The whole thing felt invasive, superficial, and like the employer did not care enough to invest even in a Skype interview.
