I went through 2 interviews. It was pretty fair. I went through the process and heard back a week later. I then accepted the offer. I went through 2 rounds one with my direct manager & then with the director of the department.
I applied online. I interviewed at Montefiore Medical (Yonkers, NY)
Interview
I had an unpleasant interview experience, I was interviewed by 3 male staff at the same time. I probably had more work experience than the 3 of them combined. Age discrimination may be an issue here? Hostile work atmosphere just from the interview!
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Montefiore Medical
Interview
Be ready to fill out a lot of paperwork, but that is as hard as it can get. Great position to get as soon as you get out of college, better pay than an entry level job in a BA field. It also comes with great perks, and what I liked most is that you can go back for your MBA payed by the union. A full timer gets 6 free credits each semester, a part-time employee gets just 3. Still better considering sky rocketing tuition fees. Like any job the interview process can be intimidating, but remember to stay positive and answer honestly.
