Interview

Pretty easy. 3 interview rounds.. 2 phone interviews for screening, followed by in-person interview with 4 people. Was asked a couple of behavioral questions and about how my past experience would make me a good fit for this role. This on-site interview round was followed by another two phone interviews. After that I was given an offer which I accepted.

Phone screen, followed by in person interview with three people, no technical questions, just wanted to see how much I knew about Moody's core businesses. General questions of why this position, what I thought of perception of rating agencies in general in light of credit crisis. Three interviews each 30 minutes.
