I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Moody's (Hong Kong) in Jul 2017
Interview
Very normal in terms of questions they asked. However, the whole process took 3 months, which was significantly long for hiring an intern. The process was not organized. Other than that, my interview experience was fairly positive.
It was okay. not much to say. Weird interview questions. Employees seem competitive even with an intern. Asked me what functions i knew on excel which was strange considering the role.
Colloquio con HR tranquillo. Domande di rito, presentazione, expected values e obiettivi. In seguito domande più tecniche su esperienza con rating, metodologie ESG e analisi finanziaria. Nel complesso gradevole e professionale
The interviewer was extremely friendly and welcoming, creating a comfortable atmosphere right from the start. The entire process, from submitting my application to being shortlisted for the position, was incredibly smooth and well-organized. Each step was clearly communicated, and I felt supported throughout the journey. Overall, it was an outstanding experience that left me feeling hopeful and excited about the potential opportunity.
