Two rounds of phone interviews by two different persons. Each interview starts and ends with some basic HR questions. There are some technical questions in between. Technical questions could be around statistics, programming, mathematics etc.
One round on-site interview. Three group of people interviewed me, and HR also talked to me for about 15 mins. It is both technical and behavior interview. They ask many things about econometrics and MKMV model, like assumption of OLS, what's the improvement of MKMV model.
