Morgan Advanced Materials Graduate Leadership Programmer interview questions

I submitted the online application and did the online tests, got an email telling me to arrange for a phone interview fairly quickly. Overall communication between the company was great and the user interface to apply to the company was very interactive. Got through to the phone interview which is run by an external recruiting company (so not very good if you want to ask the interviewer questions related to the company), and now I have to attend an assessment centre to attend in January
