She asked me some basic competency-based questions.not very difficult.Questions are related how you demonstrate your communication skills and leadership skills.like : tell me about your experience when you dispute with someone.

I interviewed at their Stourport facility in Jan 2016. The AC consists of an hour long personal interview (make sure you have a lot and a variety of examples), a relatively easy technical presentation, a group exercise (be sure to include how to implement your suggestions), a factory tour, a self presentation and company presentations.
